What we do
We handle everything between your infrastructure and the markets.
Today that means the balancing markets: prequalification, bidding, dispatch, settlement and reporting are ours, and they do not stop at go-live. These markets need prequalified assets, structured bids and someone accountable for delivery in every settlement period. A data center cannot reach them alone. The same single integration is what carries the services that come next.

Why we exist
Data centers are the fastest-growing load on the power system. They should be one of its most useful resources.
Electrification and AI are competing for the same scarce thing: room in the grid. The choice is not between data centers and everything else that has to be electrified: both are needed. The problem is fitting both into the same power system, and a site that can release grid capacity when the network needs it becomes part of how the next project connects.
The same infrastructure answers a second need. As wind and solar displace synchronous generation there is less inertia to absorb disturbances, and fast reserves like FFR and FCR-D are how that gap is filled, which is where a data center's power infrastructure earns today.

The compute isn't flexible. The power infrastructure around it is.
The obvious place to look for flexibility is the load itself. In a data center it cannot move: servers run to the applications on them, and uptime commitments leave no room. So we never ask for it. The power infrastructure around the load is over-dimensioned by design, with redundancy and battery runtime sized for a worst case that rarely arrives, and the margin above that duty is already installed and already paid for.
We were built inside a data center operator
By people who ran the sites, went looking for a flexibility partner fit for a data center, and found nothing that was. The constraint came first and the product second.
Primary duty always wins
The operating envelope is computed from your site's own design and enforced before any instruction executes. A unit counted toward redundancy is never capacity we sell, and you can override at any time.

Products get redesigned and volume caps move. Following that is the service, not an extra.
