Who we serve

An arrangement that only works for one party does not last.

Three parties have a stake in a data center's flexibility. We work for the data center operators, and the model is built so that serving them well is also what serves the system they depend on.

Why that matters

Each of them can stop it from working.

A data center that earns from flexibility but compromises its own reliability will stop. A grid operator who cannot verify delivery will not buy. A region that sees no benefit will resist the next build.

The model is built so none of those has to lose for another to win. That is not a values statement. It is the structure of the business, and it is why we think it holds.

Data center operators

What an operator gains, and what stays theirs.

We work with the operators who build and run data centers, wherever they are. They set the terms the platform has to meet: the site's own requirements come first in everything we operate.

What they gain is revenue from infrastructure they already own, room to connect and grow where the grid has none to give, and a defensible position with the grid owners and regions they depend on. What they do not give up is control of their own site.

What we do →

The operators of the power grid

They decide what flexibility has to be.

The flexibility itself is bought by the system. National grid operators buy reserves to keep the frequency stable; regional and local grid owners buy reductions to relieve networks that are running out of room. They define the products, set the technical requirements, and decide what qualifies.

That makes them something particular. They are not who we work for, but they are why there is anything here to sell at all. We are prequalified by Svenska kraftnät, Sweden's transmission system operator, and operate under their requirements, which is also the short answer to who decided this is safe.

The region, and the system

The party that signs nothing.

In grid after grid, projects wait years for a connection, and a data center that can reduce its draw when the network needs it is capacity another project can use. Reserves held by infrastructure that already exists are reserves nobody has to build.

There is no contract behind this part. It is the reason the company exists.
